Truck operators can upload essential credentials, such as commercial driver’s licenses, medical exam certificates, training records, certifications, violations, drug screening records, and TWIC cards. DRAYLINK’s automated system verifies these credentials, checks for CARB/STEP compliance, and provides visual status confirmations to simplify the process.
When a driver is in compliance, they can approach a DRAYLINK-enabled facility, which automatically recognizes the driver’s compliance status through a beacon system. The driver can then access DRAYLINK, confirm shipment details, perform the necessary loading or unloading, and exit the facility. The exit is logged, ensuring accurate tracking who exits the facility, as well as which shipments being transported.
For facilities not using DRAYLINK technology to automatically log entries and exits, the application can display the driver’s credentials and compliance status to gate personnel, ensuring quick and smooth verification. In addition to streamlining credentialing and gate access, DRAYLINK supports increased dispatch orders by offering a one-stop solution for credential management, sharing, and renewals. Future features will include real-time wait time estimates for affiliated drivers, optimized entry points to avoid congestion, and ongoing alerts about environmental factors affecting access.
